MEGAROB 360º

Megarob is an automated machining system for large parts (20m) with an accuracy performance that can not be compared with other robots. The intelligence of the system is delegated from the robot to an external controller (based on sense-think-act concepts) that makes a real-time correction of the position to be always on track for automated large-volume manufacturing applications. MEGAROB is an European Project supported within the Seventh Framework Programme for Research and Development, call Factories of the Future, contract n 314015.
